During the inspection, the car drives on the measuring plate at a speed of 5km/h to 10km/h, and sets the transmission in neutral. The brake sensor connected to the measuring plate measures the neutral sliding resistance of the wheel of the tested axle, and the load cell simultaneously measures the wheel load of the axle. When the driver slams on the brakes, the car acts on the inertial force, and the wheel adds a force equal to and opposite to the braking force on the measuring plate, so that the measuring plate is displaced in the longitudinal direction. The braking force of each wheel, dynamic wheel weight and various parameter values of suspension performance can be measured.
The modular design of the front and back panels can quickly and flexibly combine flat panels with different test requirements according to the actual needs of users. The brake plate surface of the flat platform adopts a special bonding composite material layer, which effectively improves the adhesion coefficient of the plate surface and reduces the degree of braking force drop of automobile tires in a wet state. The braking force test ability is high, and it can realistically simulate the braking situation of the motor vehicle road surface. The platform is equipped with a special braking force calibration tool to ensure accurate and quick completion of the braking force calibration.
